Pur produit de l’éducation française, Philippe est physicien de formation et a quitté la France il y a plus 26 ans. Il s’est très vite spécialisé dans l’exploration des mers, utilisant les sonars et les robots sous-marins à travers presque tous les océans, ce qui lui a permis de découvrir beaucoup de choses, scientifiques ou culturelles.
